Octopus ICT Solutions Ltd (OIS) is an Information Communication Technology company founded in 2005. It is duly registered as a limited liability company in the Republic of Kenya under the Companies Act (Cap 486, Laws of Kenya) to provide services in ICT.

In 2006, the company was duly licensed by the Communications Commission of Kenya (CCK) as an Applications Services Provider (ASP) mandated to provide Information and Communication Technology (ICT) solutions to corporate, residential and individual consumers.

To date, the company has been growing in a focused way providing satisfactory services to its clients in Kenya with an aim of expanding its service provision to the rest of the East African countries and beyond.
